Can I return my order?

You will firstly need to call us on 0161 282 3721, email us or reply from your order email to get a returns authorisation number. You may return new, unused and in original packaging sellable again items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Customer will need pay for the return shipping costs unless the return order is a result of our error or you received an incorrect or defective item. Please remember to write your returns authorisation number on the returns form. Upon receiving your returns authorisation number we must be in receipt of your item(s) within 7 days for UK orders or 14 days for international orders.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 working days).

Do I have to pay to return my item?

Yes, if you are returning items because you have changed your mind it will be at your cost and we will not refund you original delivery charge.
